Liz Mitchell MNZM is one of New Zealand's most celebrated couture designers, renowned for three decades of refined New Zealand tailoring and craftsmanship from her Auckland atelier. Made a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to fashion, she trained at Elam School of Fine Arts before working as a set and costume designer, notably as principal costume designer for TVNZ's Gloss. She established her own label in 1994, and now champions New Zealand wool through her Wool Revolution Studio.
