The Fun Palace MAKER end of Sunday’s trashion parade! Start collecting rubbish now for a celebration of sustainable design, reused materials, and spontaneous noise for all ages!

Turning trash into wearable art and wild noisemakers for the parade led by the irreverent, trashion-forward Norns, we celebrate upcycled junk through vibrant costumes and makeshift instruments.

Ideas include but not limited to! Junkified Apparel: Craft statement costumes, wild hats, or wearable art using discarded plastic, old cardboard, fabric scraps, and household packaging. Trash Instruments: Build noisemakers from tin cans, bottle caps, buckets, and plastic bottles - or bring along your own musical junk creations or parading instruments!
